So Mother’s Day Weekend (which is when I completed this piece) was a complete and utter wreck artistically. My drawing sucked, my calligraphy sucked, just major blah. So I started the week following in a bit of a mood (Himself would probably say “A bit? A bit?“)
I’m not sure what the mental block was. I’m not sure why five words completely stumped me calligraphically (I don’t think that’s a word, but lets make it one).



So I was very despondent at this point, but I decided to give it another go. And I produced something I’m not ashamed of calling mine:


This piece is available in my Etsy shop. I’m still trying to figure out how I want to organize my etsy store; this is currently in the calligraphy section but tomorrow I may decide I hate everything and rearrange everything (I don’t have issues. Heh).
