I’ve been utilizing some of my older designs this week because blah sinus something-or-other.
I also sold one of my arm-knit blankets. I love them, they’re the softest thing ever, but of course I’m a bit nervous about it. I remember agonizing for over a week when I sent out my first framed piece. I imagine I’ll be doing the same with this one:(

Design Trend Alert: Mandalas I’ll be reveling in this one for quite some time. Because I am ahead of the curve. As an INTJ I tend to despise current fashion and trends so I’m very rarely abreast of what is current. That doesn’t bother me except when it does, which is rare, but still. How to be Better, Not Bitter Yup yup yup. I make the rounds on etsy of other art shops to see if there’s anything I can improve in my own shop, and sometimes I’m struck with the jealousy monster. Because my stuff is better, yet they have more sales, and WHY WHY WHY. But I’m on a different path, and content with my path, and so I do try to remember that.
Actually, more data might not be what you’re hoping for YAY. Someone else said it. You read these blogs that say take advantage of current trends, get in on what’s hot, and I feel like I’ve just run a marathon. As I mentioned previously, I don’t keep up with that scene at all. I have to do what I have to do. And so do you.
