“I should post this photo to IG” ... two seconds later “meh, I’ll do it later” and then of course I don’t. I’m not the greatest or most consistent communicator in “normal” times and the staying home has made it worse ... I think my introverted self is starting to really, really feel the isolation, I want to hug people so badly😂 . . . This gorgeous journal is up in the shop along with a couple new journals ... Played with a new type of leather today and I quite like it (chrome tanned Denver Side), it’s got so much character. This ombré beaded beauty is up in the shop❤️ . . . A note of encouragement for myself and anyone else having a rough start to the week: it’s ok. How do you want to do this? 😉 we’ve been staying sane and doing more socializing than ever with four (yes four) DnD campaigns ... three of them being intertwined because my husband likes to make things complicated😂 I’m plotting another design for a DnD journal (I’ve got one up in the shop currently) ... and that’s it, that’s as far as I’ve gotten because you wonderful people have absolutely filled my order queue. . . . A bit of a departure from my regular posts but I am just so pleased with this challah bread ... while I’ve been working on orders I’ve been binging The Great British Baking Show and it got to the point that I -needed- to make some bread😂 I’m not sure what I’ll try next but I have absolute confidence I will do it well thanks to my many hours of viewing the show😉 (in reality I frequently forget things, I am a distracted baker haha) What has everyone been doing for self-care? I am feeling all the feelings today ... 14 years ago I reluctantly walked down the aisle (reluctantly because I hate being the center of attention;) and it has been an adventure ever since. I won because I remembered what day it was first (we both frequently forget) and then I got sad because it’s a work day, we can’t go anywhere, and blargh. But then a birthday gift arrived late, it was a beautiful day on my back porch, my settlements in Fallout 4 are doing well, and I think it’s going to be a good day😊 . . .
